Projects & Continuous Improvement

Partner with the Global Head of HR on global HR projects, including process improvement, policy harmonisation, and HR systems implementation. Contribute to engagement, culture, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives. Support communication and change management activities linked to HR projects or organisational developments.
