ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for all aspects of HR Learning and Development as well as supporting on Employee Relations and the employee lifecycle. This is a generalist role, great for someone who is looking to develop.
REPORTING
The role will report to the Global Head of Operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Organise and run training sessions and workshops
? Assist with the annual performance review process
? Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
? Partner with managers to strengthen their understanding of HR policies and best practices.
? Acting as a generalist, providing comprehensive support across all HR functions
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
? Staying informed of current and upcoming HR legislation to ensure compliance and proactive planning.
? Continuously review, maintain, and enhance HR systems, practices, and processes to improve efficiency.
? Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, candidate communication and references
? Carry out new starter inductions
? Become the face of the HR for all employees, escalating where necessary
? Manage the HR inbox and escalate emails where necessary
? Work closely with the HR Advisor to design and implement new processes across the full employee cycle
? Support HR Advisor with employee relations meetings and note taking
? Provide administrative assistance for people related projects and initiative
