- Ideally candidates will have a Degree in Human Resources / Business Studies or other relevant discipline with at least 1 year\'s work experience
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and HR computer packages
- Team Player with a positive and proactive approach who can also work independently to a high standard to meet deadlines
- Flexible, hands-on approach with the drive and ability to provide support to a multi shift business
