An exciting opportunity to join our multi-award winning team.

Due to continued expansion, Saltmarine Cars have an exciting opportunity for a HR & Health & Safety Manager. This dual-role position requires someone who can work independently, embrace change, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for delivering HR support to management and ensuring health and safety compliance across the site.

The Ideal Person:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and HR systems Team player with initiative and adaptability Knowledge of HR practices and safety regulations (preferred)

Main Duties - Human Resources:

First point of contact for HR queries Administer HR documentation and maintain accurate records Lead recruitment and onboarding processes Deliver induction training and issue employment documentation Ensure timely completion of probation reviews Assist with disciplinary letters and investigation meetings Liaise with payroll and maintain employee records General office administration

Main Duties - Health & Safety:

Maintain and update H&S, quality, and environmental documentation Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations Support development of policies and procedures Coordinate training and promote safety awareness Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Salary dependant on experience, qualifications and working hours.

Permanent, part time
