Be the expert who brings Ciphr's HR platform to life
We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You'll be the trusted guide for our customers - helping them unlock the full potential of Ciphr's HR platform. You'll deliver expert advice, configure solutions to fit each organisation, and make sure every implementation is a success from day one.
What you'll own and deliver
Provide customers with expert guidance and support to implement and configure Ciphr products to meet their unique requirements.
Consult and advise on system configuration and best use of Ciphr products and processes, ensuring every system is optimised for success.
Produce clear implementation specifications and reports.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice, bringing fresh thinking to every project.

What you'll bring
A strong understanding of HR processes, trends, and legislation.
Software implementation experience.
Evidence of ability to work across multiple projects with high levels of complexity, based on a range of customer requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
A proactive work ethic and can-do attitude.
An aspiration to deliver an excellent customer experience.
How we work
Hybrid, UK-based: outcome-focused with regular in-person anchor days for collaboration (typically monthly), and flexible presence aligned to role/team needs. Occasional travel to customer sites when required
