Position



As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR Business Partner contributing to the attraction, retention, and development of our employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a passionate team, in a dynamic atmosphere and to contribute to essential projects for the market.


Job responsibilities



Work with the HR Business Partner to support MH UK across the UK Market and in collaboration with the EMEA Region MH EMEA. Serve as a point of contact to all team members, answer questions and help employees navigate all aspects of our talent offerings. Execute and deliver on internal process improvements to drive effectiveness and efficiencies for the client-facing HR team. Apply curiosity and proactively seek to learn about MH UK, the HR function, and the role HR plays at MH. Manage and organize data in a way that makes it reliable and consumable and allows the team to make insightful decisions. Create systems and processes that keep the team organized and armed with information. Ensure employee records are updated and maintained in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain and update internal HR documentation including amendment letters, immigration letters, and employment agreements. Lead management of employment verifications, reference letters and probation process. Manage vendors, contracts and invoices, collaborating with cross-functional partners, such as Finance and Legal department. Work with the HR Director and develop HR communications, resources and materials in support of local initiatives when needed.

Recruitment


Support the HR Team on some recruitments through online posting, University placement services, CV screening, recruitment coordination when needed Ensure interviews are planned well and feedback is solicited to maintain candidate journey & experience.

Onboarding & Induction


Champion and protect an exceptional employee experience so MH UK is recognize as Employer of Choice. Deliver a compelling induction & onboarding for all new joiners - including end to end responsibility - setting them up on the system, coordinating with IT, induction presentation, liaising with line managers on first week agenda, participate in the coordination of the Immersion Day Provide guidance to employees on the use of internal systems (Intranet, Performance Management Platform, Forumhand any internal other HRIS Platforms.)
Training & Development


Provide logistic support to the HRBP on coordinating training programs End-to-end responsibility of WSET trainings - planning & coverage Coordinate and implement compliance training programs such as Competition Law, Anti-Bribery. Conduct Responsible Consumption trainings for all new joiners. Coordinate and promote Brand Education initiatives (MH Portfolio Learning) Register invoices on internal invoice tools related to training programmes

Internship & Apprenticeship Management


Main point of contact for universities, line managers, and apprentices; tracking apprenticeship and internship progress, and being their HR advisor.


Internal Communication


Intranet management, communications around diverse topics (training, compliance, new initiatives), new joiner internal announcements

Profile



Languages: Fluent in English, French will be a plus.
