The Role

What You'll Be Doing
Own and lead the HR function across the organisation
Drive recruitment for dedicated care and support staff
Be a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on all people matters
Oversee training, onboarding, and staff development
Use data and insight to shape smarter people strategies
Manage employee relations, HR policies, and compliance (Ofsted, safeguarding, employment law)
Champion our values and create a positive, inclusive workplace culture
What We're Looking For
Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within care, education or another regulated sector
A people-focused leader with a proactive and supportive approach
Solid understanding of UK employment law and safeguarding responsibilities
Great communicator, problem solver, and culture-builder
Driven by purpose and passionate about child-centred care
