We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources processes. This role is essential in maintaining efficient HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Duties
Manage with the administration of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate employee data management.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.
Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programmes.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Other relevant duties regarding HR roles
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within human resources.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar platforms.
Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Experience with social media management for professional purposes is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
