Could you be the new HR Manager for Bristol Old Vic Theatre School?
The Theatre School seeks an
HR Manager
who will embrace working in a busy environment and will oversee HR systems and processes in a way that is collaborative and supportive to all staff. You will understand the importance of clear, timely and effective communication, remain calm within a dynamic environment and truly want to support our staff and visiting professionals to achieve their best work during a period of significant change for the School.
You will be able to adopt a 'firm but fair' approach across all areas of your work, and will ensure transparency and parity.
You will be highly organised, adaptable, flexible, patient, self-motivated and happy to step into a busy, intense and friendly workplace. All our staff are dedicated, hard-working and supportive of each other at all times. They are accepting and welcoming to everyone and are innate problem solvers and enablers. Contract:
Permanent, part-time (24 hours per-week)
Salary:
27,000 per annum (45,000)
