Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our HR function in alignment with the organisation's mission to foster a positive, high-performing work culture. Based in East London, this full-time permanent position is ideal for a forward-thinking HR professional who is adept at implementing strategic HR solutions that support organisational growth and employee success.

The successful candidate will manage a wide range of HR functions including talent planning, learning and development, performance and reward, employee engagement and relations, and service delivery. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving meaningful cultural impact across the organisation.

Please note: The role offers flexibility but may include evenings and weekends to meet operational needs.



Key Responsibilities

Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that ensure legal compliance and support best practices. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to enhance efficiency and quality of hire. Manage and support a team of HR professionals, providing leadership across all HR functions. Utilise systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft for employee data management and HR operations. Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decisions and improve workforce planning and performance. Lead initiatives that promote a supportive, engaged, and inclusive workplace culture. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops that support continuous learning and professional development. Manage employee relations matters fairly and consistently in line with legal and organisational frameworks. Maintain and ensure accuracy of records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a senior Human Resources role with multi-functional responsibilities. Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and performance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present, influence, and engage at all levels. Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or equivalent platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting HR data to drive improvements. Solid understanding of UK employment law and regulatory compliance. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 37,000.00-43,000.00 per year
