We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Duties
Oversee the recruitment process, including utilisation of HRIS and ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft, to attract and select top talent.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
Manage employee onboarding, training programmes, and performance appraisal processes.
Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental efficiency.
Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve workforce planning.
Facilitate effective communication across departments through presentation skills and clear messaging.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Prepare reports for senior management on HR metrics and organisational health.
Conducting, Managing and Updating Supervision, Appraisal and Training Matrix on sharepoint
Safer Recruitment and handling staff concerns, dispute and grievances
Staff File Audit - Monthly Audit of staff files and updating the Sharepoint
Training: Arranging and Ensuring Staff attend and complete Trainings
Requirements
Proven management experience within human resources, with supervising experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems.
Familiarity with ATS tools and data analysis skills for workforce planning.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability in presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Human resources qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of employment legislation relevant to the UK labour market.
Ability to lead change initiatives and influence organisational development.
