About the Role

As Site HR Manager, you'll be at the heart of our business - a trusted advisor, a change champion, and a key decision-maker. You'll lead the HR agenda across the site, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.


This role is a

true mix of transactional and strategic HR

- from managing employee relations and compliance to driving workforce planning, organisational development, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with site leadership to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives Manage complex ER cases and ensure legal compliance Support talent development, succession planning, and performance management Champion change management and continuous improvement across the site

What We're Looking For

Proven HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, operational environment Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver practical solutions CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
