Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
Contract type: 39 hours per week, Permanent
Location: Office based with some flexibility for home working
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (increasing to 35 with service)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong commitment to colleagues, customers and the wider community who prides themselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. Who can lead our small HR Team, provide professional advice & guidance across all areas of employment law and people management, advise our Executive and Management Teams on all aspects of Human Resource Management. Who will also drive employee engagement and has a passion for people development.

Key Skills and Attributes
The Ideal Candidate will: be educated to degree level in HR Management, have a minimum of CIPD level 5, ideally level 7; have a minimum of 3 years Generalist HR Management experience and a strong knowledge of employment law and associated policies & procedures and will have experience of managing a small HR team.
