Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and supervisory skills, with a proven track record in human resources. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse data effectively. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Manage recruitment processes, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities. Maintain and manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records. Conduct data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve operational efficiency. Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace environment. Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to senior management and staff. Supervise HR team members, providing mentorship and support for their professional growth.

Requirements



Proven experience in a Human Resources management role, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday and PeopleSoft. Proficiency in data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities. Familiarity with ATS platforms is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills. Pay: 29,370.91-38,000.00 per year
