We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our organisation's human resources functions. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes aligned with organisational goals.
Oversee recruitment processes using ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft to attract top talent.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives to enhance organisational capability.
Supervise HR team members and coordinate activities related to employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Analyse HR data using data analysis skills to identify trends, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
Conduct presentations on HR initiatives and organisational updates for management and staff.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all organisational operations.
Manage HRIS systems effectively to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR functions.
Lead succession planning efforts and manage talent development programmes.
Facilitate communication between management and staff to promote a positive organisational culture.
Skills
Extensive experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
Proven management experience with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
Strong understanding of human resources principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics for strategic planning.
Skilled in delivering engaging presentations on complex HR topics.
Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Taleo or Workday for efficient recruitment processes.
