Summary
We are seeking a part time Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Cranmead as we continue to grow and develop. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our HR functions and supporting our mission to provide exceptional accommodation services. You will help us maintain a positive work environment and ensure that our staff are equipped to deliver the highest quality support to our young people.
Responsibilities
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
Manage professional development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
