HR MANAGER



Duties & Responsibilities:



Overseeing recruitment selection in the onboarding process. Interviewing eligible candidates. Ensuring that companies procedures comply with employment regulations Monitoring various aspects of an employee's performance such as attendance and sick leave and Annual Leave. Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits. Creating Staff Rota.

Salary: 53,000.00 (Per Annum)



Skills/Qualifications/Experience



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships. Discreet, professional, and able to manage sensitive HR matters confidently. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities. Resilient, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a focus on achieving results. Ideally focused on employee relations, performance management, or HR operations. Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices. Full-time & Permanent Job.

Pay: 53,000.00-55,000.00 per year
