Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Discreet, professional, and able to manage sensitive HR matters confidently.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
Resilient, proactive, and calm under pressure, with a focus on achieving results.
Ideally focused on employee relations, performance management, or HR operations.
Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
