Guided by our values of being compassionate, brave, supportive, and collaborative, we're looking for an experienced and values-led Human Resources Manager to lead our people strategy and help shape a positive, inclusive, and thriving workplace culture.
This is a hands-on and influential role, working closely with senior leaders, managers, and colleagues across the organisation. You'll lead a small but impactful team, including an HR Assistant, and oversee our Volunteering function, supporting the Volunteer Co-ordinator to ensure volunteers feel valued and connected to our mission.
From recruitment and people-centred policy development to supporting managers through complex employee relations and driving meaningful culture change, you'll play a key role in shaping how HR is seen, felt, and experienced across YMCA Lincolnshire. You'll also contribute strategically as part of the Senior Leadership Team, using insight and data to inform decision-making.
