You'll play a key role in shaping culture, ensuring legal compliance, and driving strategic HR initiatives that support growth and employee wellbeing.


What you'll do:




Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees Lead on employee relations providing support at all stages of the employee lifecycle Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR best practice Develop and maintain HR policies, systems, and metrics Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development Champion diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:




CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) 5+ years' progressive HR experience Strong UK employment law knowledge Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Empathetic, detail-focused, and driven to deliver
