The Role
As our Group HR Manager, you'll lead and deliver all HR operations across the business. From employee relations to recruitment, from developing policies to driving talent management--you'll be central to ensuring our people feel supported, valued, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, disputes and retirement.
Provide expert HR advice, ensuring sound and pragmatic decision-making.
Guide managers on employee relations, contracts, policies and best practice.
Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
Lead learning & development and support career progression initiatives.
Administer payroll and maintain accurate payroll records.
Support reward and recognition strategies.
Oversee full recruitment lifecycle: writing job adverts, screening, interview prep, contracts and onboarding.
Conduct new starter inductions.
Support organisation-wide projects, change programmes and workforce development.
Act as Health & Safety Co-ordinator.
About You
Confident managing ER casework
Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Approachable, proactive and able to influence at all levels
Highly organised with strong communication skills
