Requirements:

At least 2 years of direct recruitment experience, with proven ability to manage the full hiring cycle autonomously. Priority will be given to candidates with: Experience leading recruitment teams or coordinating complex hiring projects, with tangible examples of leadership. Exposure to other HR disciplines, such as employee relations, learning and development, performance management, or equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Familiarity with UK recruitment practices and employment regulations. Background in sales or agency recruitment, showcasing exceptional communication and decision-making skills. Proactive, goal-oriented, and adept at identifying challenges and driving solutions. Comfortable navigating cross-cultural environments, with strong communication skills across British and Chinese contexts.
