We're a fast-growing consultancy in Quantitative Research, Risk, and Front Office Consulting, working with top-tier financial institutions. Based in Central London, we're currently reshaping our HR function to ensure it evolves with the business.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, while also working on strategic HR initiatives in close collaboration with the HR Director. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will also work cross-functionally with other teams.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Employee Support: Act as a trusted HR resource, providing ongoing support to employees on HR-related matters and helping resolve any HR-related issues.
Maintain and update the employee handbook, HR policies (ensuring UK compliance), and employment contracts.
Address employee issues with professionalism and sensitivity, including managing grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Confidently communicate any policy or process changes to the team, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Manage performance review cycles and work on individual development plans for each employee.
Oversee employee benefits, leave policies, and compensation tracking.
Benchmark salaries and provide valuable insights for pay reviews
