Kingswood Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team.
The role is based in central London and is hybrid with a requirement of at least three days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across regions, ensuring a proactive, high-quality HR service.
Advise on complex employee relations matters, driving fair and compliant outcomes.
Own and evolve HR policies, ensuring legal compliance globally
Oversee performance management processes and support manager capability.
Manage benefits administration and contribute to reward and benchmarking cycles.
Conduct thorough, confidential workplace investigations.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with measurable impact.
Deliver key HR projects aligned with global business goals.
Experience & skills required
Minimum 7+ years in a generalist HR role at a similar level, with experience managing and developing junior team members.
Strong UK employment law knowledge; experience with US law essential
Skilled in coaching, communication, and influencing at all levels.
Proven ability to develop policies, lead investigations, and ensure compliance.
Track record of delivering HR projects from concept to completion.
CIPD Level 5+ preferred.
Builds strong relationships across all levels and thrives in fast-paced environments.
