Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a HR Manager, predominantly working in London, with some work from home acceptable. The HR Manager will handle day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labour laws, training and development, performance management and overseeing HR policies and procedures.
The HR Manager will also support strategic HR initiatives and serve as a liaison between management and employees.
Qualifications
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Skills
Employee Relations and Performance Management Experience
Knowledge of UK Labour Laws and Compliance Regulations
Training and Development Skills
Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Experience in technical services or related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional HR certifications preferred

Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year
