Duties
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Advise management on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
Lead training, development, and staff engagement initiatives
Manage payroll coordination and HR reporting
Skills
Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred
