We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organisation is equipped with the right talent and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR systems.
Duties
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage recruitment processes using HR Bright.
Supervise and support HR staff in their daily operations, providing guidance and training as necessary.
Oversee employee onboarding, development, and performance management processes.
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to foster a collaborative environment.
Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives, policies, and changes to stakeholders.
Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within human resources, with supervising experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
Proficient in data analysis skills to assess HR metrics effectively.
Experience with HR Bright as part of recruitment processes is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
