We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices within our organisation. Whilst this is a part time role, this is also a hands on, stand along role where you'll partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives and act as a trusted advisor across all HR matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to organisational growth and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment and proactive workforce planning.
Champion inclusive hiring practices and manage onboarding processes.
Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and ensure legislative compliance.
Support learning and development programs, including leadership pathways and apprenticeships.
Lead organizational design and change management initiatives, including acquisitions and TUPE processes.
Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity through innovative strategies.
What We're Looking For
CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Proven HR generalist experience in a stand-alone role, ideally within financial services.
Excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
Highly organized, IT literate, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 18,666.00-21,333.00 per year
