Oversee full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and exit processes.
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company HR policies.
Manage employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
Provide regular HR updates and reports to senior management.
Partner with department heads to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
Support talent development, training programs, and succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience; casino, gaming, or hospitality industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-cultural teams.
Professional and approachable image with strong organizational skills.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
