Part-Time HR Manager
to support our people, culture, and operations.
Role Overview
The Part-Time HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, supporting our project-based teams, and helping maintain a positive, efficient, and compliant work environment. This is an ideal role for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys working with creative teams and understands the demands of a production-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, part-time, and freelance roles
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
Support employee relations, performance conversations, and conflict resolution
Manage contractor agreements and support staffing needs for events
Maintain HRIS and employee records
Advise leadership on best practices around team development, culture, and retention
What We're Looking For
7+ years of professional HR experience
Experience in event production, creative industries, or project-based work environments is a plus
Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
