Jameel Motors is the global mobility sector brand of Abdul Latif Jameel, we are expanding our portfolio of brands in the UK to be the sole distributor and partner of (GAC) Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd, bringing their truly exciting brand and cutting-edge products to the UK market.

Job Summary:



We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Manager who will be a key partner in developing and executing HR strategies that support the business objectives of our new and rapidly growing automotive retail operation. We require a professional individual who can be hands on but also demonstrate strong HR leadership, from stakeholder management, employee relations, compliance, and development.

The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to establish a strong company culture, promote employee engagement, and ensure a positive work environment as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to define role requirements and build targeted job descriptions.

Participate in large scale recruitment activity, conducting interviews, assessments, and selection activities.

Develop and implement HR policies and practices to support business growth and ensure compliance with local employment laws.

Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote best HR practices.

Monitor and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:



Strong HR experience, preferably in the retail, automotive, or fast-paced consumer sectors.

Excellent knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and workplace regulations.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as stakeholder management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.

HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 55,000.00-60,000.00 per year
