We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Unique Care Network Limited. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the HR department of a supported living business, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and providing strategic HR guidance.Duties
- Managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Supervising employee relations, including conflict resolution
- Utilising HR Systems such as Employment Hero or Cura
- Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees
- Conducting data analysis to inform HR strategies

Experience
- Previous experience in a Human Resources management role
- Proficiency in using HR Systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data analysis skills for informed decision-making
