Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals to attract, retain, and develop talent.
Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support in daily operations and professional development.
Maintain and optimise Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management.
Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve organisational effectiveness.
Design and deliver presentations on HR policies, programmes, and organisational updates for leadership teams.
Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and succession planning.
Ensure the organisation's HR practices adhere to legal requirements and best practices.
Skills
Proven management experience with strong supervisory skills in human resources environments.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Bright HR
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff at all levels of the organisation.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex HR metrics and trends.
Exceptional presentation skills for delivering training sessions and strategic updates.
Familiarity with human resources principles, employment legislation, and organisational development strategies.
