The Temporary HR Manager is a central role within the school's operations, providing high quality HR advice, managing day-to-day people processes, and supporting the school's compliance with all statutory HR responsibilities.
Essential experience:
Previous school experience
Have CIPD qualification
The successful candidate will
Be able to work without direct supervision
contribute to the development of the department as part of a dedicated team
work closely within a supportive team and have the responsibility of line managing the Cover Manager and HR Assistant.
have a professional attitude that is open to innovative ways of working
be flexible and adaptable when faced with challenges Previous experience of Schools HR and the use of the SIMS database would be advantageous.
