To work with the HRD to deliver the HR Strategy ensuring support and delivery of consistent year on year growth for all areas of the business (High5/Reflex UK / International).
To work with the Senior Lead Team and SLT -1 on their teams' development and PDPs, with structured plans in place where appropriate.
To shape and drive implementation of the HR strategy in order to build a more agile and flexible operation, in response to the fast pace of change in market dynamics, enhancing the HR proposition.
To consider and implement innovative changes in process and practice, whilst managing a high level of complexity.
Responsible for full recruitment and induction processes for Operations and a selection of office based employees.
Ability to research, implement and champion use of AI in the HR Team.
Employee Engagement: Assist with annual engagement survey, Company Values, organising employee events (Christmas Party, Summer BBQ) plus any new ideas.
Research, collate and record Diversity and Inclusion data and report to ABF when required.
