CARYSIL UK, a supplier of high-quality work surfaces, sinks, taps, and bathroom goods seeks a qualified / experienced HR Manager / Supervisor to manage our internal/external HR requirements here in the UK.
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in the UK. Based at our Congleton (Cheshire) facility, or alternatively out Alfreton (Derbyshire) facility. This role is vital in shaping our HR strategies and ensuring a positive work environment aligned with our company values.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives,.
Oversee recruitment and leaver processes.
Payroll & Holiday Management, liaised with our external accountants.
Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
Promote a positive organizational culture through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications
Proven management experience within human resources or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR management.
Minimum Requirement of HR CIPD Level 5
