The Role



Sitting within the HR and Compliance team at Cashroom, you will predominantly focus on HR matters but will also support the team with our Compliance and H&S responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive HR advice and solutions on policies, procedures, and best practices. Build strong relationships with key (internal and external) stakeholders to drive people-related initiatives. Support with employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. Lead on recruitment and employee onboarding strategy and processes. Implement and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Working with the Head of HR and Compliance to produce reporting on HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making and enable continuous improvement. Drive employee engagement and other workforce initiatives. Support change management projects, including organisational development and new technology roll outs. Support the review and development of Health & Safety risk assessments, policies and audits. Take a lead in managing the day-to-day priorities and activities of the HR and Compliance team.

Key Skills & Experience:



Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a generalist or business partner role CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent ). Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Line management experience
