Milk & More has a unique business model, which meets the needs of consumers by delivering through the night in time for breakfast. We make nearly 1 million deliveries each week via one of the UK's largest fleet of electric vehicles.

Your Role Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Officer to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional to take ownership of a broad range of HR activities and play a key role in supporting our people agenda.

The successful candidate will be required to be based at our Head Office in Camberley, Surrey, providing hands-on support to managers and employees. You will also provide cover for the HR Advisor during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of HR support to the wider operation teams.

Key Responsibilities



Manage a wide range of HR tasks, across the employment lifecycle. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from staff and managers. Recruitment coordination including vacancy advertising, vacancy management for centres and support for all skilled as well as management and support roles. Prepare HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and employee correspondence. Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reporting and data analysis. Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Support absence management, probation reviews, and performance processes. Provide cover for the HR Advisor during absences, taking on higher-level HR casework and advisory responsibilities as needed. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.

About You



1-2 years in HR a similar role Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Flexible and proactive, with a willingness to support the wider HR team when needed.

Salary



36K-40k based on experience
