We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our vibrant team in the South West to continue to deliver outstanding service and make a real difference for our business.

The Company is a National one, and as such, the position will require occasional national travel. Please note - this role is multi-sited.
Your Role;
As the HR Officer you will report in to the Group HR Manager and will include working across a wide range of functions, you will coordinate all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, managing queries, absence management, monitoring staff reviews, conducting exit interviews, just to mention a few.
About You:
Previous and proven background in a HR role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A firm understanding of GDPR
Experience in the delivery of training
Have confidence in dealing with a variety of people
Been involved in the recruitment process
CIPD level 3 or 5 ideally but not essential
