About You:

As the HR Officer you will be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and have a solid understanding of HR processes and policies. Additionally, you are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Our ideal candidate would:

Be experienced in working in a busy HR Department Have knowledge of HR policies and processes, including file management and absence Have a professional demeanour and a regard for discretion and confidentiality.

About the HR Department:

The Human Resources Team at Creative Education Trust is dedicated to providing professional, pragmatic, and solutions-focused support to our schools on all people-related matters. Our team is responsible for delivering the People Strategy, which aims to make each of our academies a great place to work and to position Creative Education Trust as an employer of choice for both teaching and non-teaching professionals. Our experienced Director of Human Resources, along with regional HR Business Partners, collaborates with Principals and Head Teachers to create an environment that attracts, engages, and retains a high-performing workforce. This is essential for delivering an excellent education to our students.
