Job description




We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to work as part of a small, friendly and fast-paced HR Operations team to deliver seamless, proactive and customer-centric first-line HR and Recruitment services, from recruitment administration and onboarding to processing the full end-to-end employee life cycle including contractual changes and exit from the organisation.


You will take the lead on managing recruitment administration using an in-house application tracking system (ATS) and work closely with the HR Manager and HR Business Partners to drive compliance and best practice in line with policy and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Using Oracle HCM, you will provide first line Help Desk support and advisory service to manage internal and external day-to-day HR and Recruitment queries, providing professional and robust advice and guidance in line with HR policy and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating to the HR Manager or HRBP to ensure effective resolution.


This is a varied and rewarding role for those seeking autonomy to manage own workload, engage with stakeholders at all grades and levels and collaborate on ad hoc HR organisational projects and activities.

Additional Information




At ORR, our hybrid working means that we currently work from our workplace location a minimum of 40% of our working week, although requirements to attend other offsite locations for official business, also count towards this level of attendance. Working arrangements are subject to continuous review.
