HR Officer
to join our team.
Role Overview
The HR Officer will play a key role in managing client onboarding, preparing employment contracts, maintaining records in our CRM system, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the business.
Main Responsibilities:
Draft, prepare, and issue employment contracts and related documents.
Register and update contracts and employee details in our CRM.
Onboard new clients and employees into our CRM and internal software systems.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policies.
Support payroll and HR administration when needed.
Assist management with HR reports and staff coordination.
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Good understanding of UK HR and employment practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
