Key Responsibilities



Support recruitment and onboarding, including inductions, documentation, and right-to-work checks Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation Update absence and time management systems and prepare payroll input reports Support managers with absence and performance management processes Prepare HR letters, contracts and employee documentation Attend formal HR meetings as a note taker Provide advice on HR queries, policies and procedures Manage petty cash accurately and in line with company policy Reception cover, post allocation, meeting room bookings and general office support Complete weekly agency timesheets and support the office team during peak periods

What you'll bring



Essential:

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) Minimum 2 years HR admin experience Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Knowledge of HR processes, basic employment law & GDPR Accurate record-keeping and HR system use Discreet and professional with sensitive information Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Desirable:

HRIS/time & attendance system experience Previous HR Officer or HR advisor experience Experience in fast-paced or multi-site settings CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
