The Operations team supports the whole business from Sales to support from recruitment to leavers and ensures the communication and consistency of the business flows.
What will you be responsible for?
Responsibilities within the role of HR Operations Executive role will include and not be limited to the
following;
Induction process for new employees
Manage employee employment cycle from start to end with use of BreatheHR platform
> Employee contracts
> Onboarding support to Line Managers
> Exit interviews
Employee Relations
Employee satisfaction with regular survey management
Completion of monthly Payroll
Pension management and updates to Xero platform
Book Training
Recruitment
> Advertise
> Liase with recruitment agencies
> Maintain PSL
> Review CV's with the relevant team members
> Arrange Interviews
> Send feedback and update Infomentums Recruitment Project Board
> Maintain the Recruitment Project Board
Resource planning
Visa management
Create and distribute utilisation and team reports by agreed deadlines to Board members and Line managers
Weekly timesheet updates, ensure they are up to date across the company
Supporting the Head of Operations, team and Director's in various tasks
Line Manager support hosting monthly meetings
Help to organise company events and manage budget
Culture planning

Support Internal initatives including our ESG
Maintain up to date processes to keep in line with the company ISMS policy
Maintain up to date HR records for all team members on HR system & personnel files

What about your experience and skills?
Essential
CIPD Level 5 (minimum)
IT literate including MS Office, social media and experience in other business applications
Attention to detail; accuracy is essential
Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

What else do you need to know?
Your normal hours of work will be between 8:00 and 18:00, Monday-Friday, with an hour to be taken for lunch. You will work a 40 hour week within this time period, start and finish time will depend on what is agreed with your Line Manager. In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to adjust or exceed your normal working hours in order to meet the requirements of your job.
As part of our hybrid-model, staff are required to work at our London offices at least 6 days in any month.
However, during your probationary period this may be significantly more and there may be a requirement for additional days, with reasonable notice, at certain times of the year to meet our business needs.
This is a Hands on role which will require you to work as part of a small team that supports the wider team.
You will be entitled to 25 paid holiday per year. Bank and public holidays (eight days in total) are in addition to your annual holiday entitlement.
