Wise May are looking for a HR Operations / HRIS Assistant to join this forward thinking Insurance business in the heart of the City. A real opportunity to assist this growing HR team.


Working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team.


HR Operations duties will include:


Collaborate with the team and Stakeholders to determine HRIS needs Lead implementing a new HRIS Training on using the HRIS Work closely with IT to optimise HRIS processes Reports and audits Manage data compliance Audit HR processes and documents Support and assist HR Payroll and Benefits Advisor on all payrolls Support the team on projects as required throughout the year

HR Operations skills required:


Administration and organisation Able to operate at all times to the standards and rules of the regulatory bodies Data experience Confidentiality Working knowledge of employee compensation and benefits Able to develop and maintain good relationships with all in the workplace Able to work as part of a team
