Responsibilities
As the HR Operations Manager with Hines, you ensure smooth HR processes across multiple European markets, supporting talent acquisition, compliance, and operational efficiency within the organisation. They work with payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems, ensuring alignment with business growth and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with regional HRBP, they navigate employment laws and labor relations while driving process improvements. Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and adaptability in a dynamic investment landscape are key.
