Job Description

Purpose of the Role:




Part of the Group's HR Shared Service Centre, the HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the delivery of all HR administration, including processing joiners and leavers, and ensuring timely responses to employee queries. In addition, the role supports the effective implementation of HR procedures, maintains accurate employee records in Dayforce, and upholds high standards of compliance and governance. The HR Operations Specialist acts as a key point of contact for managers and employees, contributing to a positive employee experience by providing reliable, efficient, and confidential HR support across the business.

Qualifications & Experience:



Knowledge and understanding of HR & Payroll practices and procedures; Previous HR administration experience and a keen interest in HR is essential

IT SKILLS



MS Word (High). MS Excel (Intermediate). MS Outlook (Intermediate). HRIS Systems (High).

DESIRED SKILLS



Part CIPD qualified or working towards Payroll & Benefits experience.
