We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organisational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on employee development, recruitment, and compliance. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee employee performance management processes, ensuring fair evaluations and feedback mechanisms are in place.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement HR policies and workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
Manage staff training, development programs, and performance appraisals.
Ensure compliance with UK employment law, health & safety, and regulations.
Advise senior management on HR strategies and organisational development.
Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to workforce performance.
Drive employee engagement, workplace culture, and staff satisfaction.
Support operational continuity during periods of expansion and high demand.
Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (RQF 6).
Proven experience in HR management or organisational development, preferably in hospitality or multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and training programs.
Strong analytical skills for workforce planning and performance management.
