HR & Payroll Administrator, Bridgend

We're looking for an organised and detail focused HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team and play a key role in HR operations and payroll delivery


You'll support the full employee lifecycle while managing time & attendance data and processing payroll.

You'll be responsible for:

Administering employee records and HR systems (Oracle) Managing onboarding, leavers, and contractual documentation Supporting recruitment and induction processes Processing payroll data accurately and on time each month Maintaining Time & Attendance data Coordinating with departmental managers for pay authorisations Ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation Handling HR and payroll queries from employees and managers

To be successful in the role you will have experience of:

Administering employee records and HR systems (Oracle) Managing onboarding, leavers, and contractual documentation Supporting recruitment and induction processes Processing payroll data accurately and on time each month Maintaining and troubleshooting Time & Attendance data Coordinating with departmental managers for pay authorisations Ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation Handling HR and payroll queries from employees and managers

Your Profile:

Previous experience in an HR or payroll administrative role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A high level of confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Understanding of payroll processing and T&A systems Experience working in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
