We have role to coordinate the HR & Payroll functions for the W R Davies Motor Group and work with all levels of managers within the business.
This HR role will be covering
- Preparing employment contracts for new starters
- Ensuring all new starter docs in Staffology are updated on timely basis by manager
- Tracking sickness and sick notes for all staff as applicable
- Support managers with back to work process after sickness as required
As well as supporting Directors and managers with any employee issues and liaising with third party HR company.
Working with third party HR company on ensuring Employee handbook is up to date and ensuring company is compliant in all areas of policy required and reviewing policies.
The role covers payroll data before submission to third party for processing and this will include :
- Receiving hours from managers for 5 companies and calculate gross pays due, including overtime using pay rates
- Receiving bonus information from managers for 5 companies
- Calculating holiday pay comm for sales teams based on previous month results
- Reviewing prepared reports to ensure accuracy
- Submitting all wages information to payroll provider on required time lines
- Reporting all new starters/ leavers and all required information to payroll provider
- Maintaining the master file of all employee rates, hours & contracted days etc
The role will also be responsible for reconciling pension reports to pension paid to ensure accuracy.
The role will be part of the group finance team based at head office and be required to support other functions as required when available.
