An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Square Health as our new HR & Payroll Coordinator!



Job Purpose



To join the existing team and assist with the daily running of a busy HR department across the businesses.

Main Accountabilities:



To manage and assist in the following:



? Recruitment campaigns

? Answering employee related queries and issues

? Assisting managers with company policy and procedures.

? End to end life cycle of employee - including induction of new employees

? Analysing staff sickness absences

? Assist with employee relations e.g. take minutes of meetings,

? Manage training portal - Blue Stream l

? Assist with monthly salary changes, starters, leavers, variable payments and applicable deductions across the group.

? Collate analyse, verify payroll data into the payroll system, assisting the Payroll Advisor - currently using Moorepay.

? General HR duties as and when required and in line with changing business requirements e.g. Right to Work Checks, security passes

To comply with all Companies Information Security Policy, managing risk and all other Company Policies applicable to the role

Any other tasks, duties and accountabilities appropriate to the job & position. The above points may change and evolve according to the needs of the business

Principal Skills & Attributes Required:



? Generalist HR background

? Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.

? Experience of working in an HR team able to work on own initiative but be prepared to help the HR & Payroll team when needed

? Knowledge of employee legislation would be helpful

? Good communication skills

? Good time management skills

? Positive and enthusiastic
